How do I register for an account?

To register, please visit our sign-up page and fill in the required details. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation.

What do I need to do after registering?

After registering, you must email us your sales permit to activate your account. Once we verify your permit, your account will be upgraded to an active status, allowing you to view prices and make purchases.

Why can’t I see product prices?

Product prices are only visible to users with an active account. Please ensure you have sent us your sales permit for account activation.

How do I purchase products?

After choosing your products, you need to confirm the size and weight of each item. We will then send you a final invoice. Payment is not made at the time of selecting the products.

What is the payment process?

Upon receiving the final invoice, you will be sent a credit card payment form. You must fill out this form and send it back to us for processing. Payment is only accepted through the completed credit card form.

Can I pay using methods other than a credit card?

Currently, we only accept payments through the credit card form provided. This ensures a secure and efficient transaction process.

What should I do if I have issues with the credit card payment form?

If you encounter any issues or have questions about the payment form, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

How long does it take to process my order?

Order processing times can vary. Once your payment is confirmed, we will provide an estimated shipping date. Please check your email for updates.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Due to the nature of our wholesale business, orders are processed quickly and may not be subject to cancellation or modification. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss your order.

Do you offer returns?

Returns are generally not allowed. However, exceptions can be made with prior agreement from All That Modern. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 40% re-stocking fee. Additionally, the cost of pick-up and re-delivery of the items will be at the customer's expense. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer freight collect.
